Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cozy but had some noise issues coming from the restaurant below. The service was exceptional, with the staff being friendly and helpful. The location was excellent, close to major attractions. The dining experience was a highlight with a variety of choices, although it was disappointing to find out breakfast was not included. The facilities were decent overall.
